SZS Stampings: High Automation and Consistent Quality
The greatest feature of SZS's Stamping Department is its high degree of mechanization and automated production, which prevent small errors and achieve fast mass production with consistent quality. Following spring products, SZS also became a major OEM/ODM service provider for stampings in 1951. We acquired new precision multi-function stage and progressive stamping and forming equipment, which are used by professionally trained technicians along with high precision molds, and manufacture metal stamping parts with unparalleled quality based on the philosophy of "exact manufacturing."
Starting in 1981, SZS utilized its decades of R&D technologies and multi-functional mold-making to provide customers with a greater selection for comparison, enhancing its competitiveness in the industry. We produce stampings with steel plate thickness of 0.02mm-3.00mm and weight of 40 tons-400 tons. We jointly develop high precision metal parts with our customers using our heat treatment and electroplating equipment and technologies. At present, we are able to develop over 1,000 stamping and forming parts a year.

The Stamping Department has professionals responsible for every stage of every product from mold design and development to testing. We use advanced mechanical equipment, precision measurement instruments, and a careful attitude to create high quality molds, which are powerful tools for precision forming and stamping. SZS has a vertically integrated process, heat treatment furnaces, and electroplating equipment in its factories. Stamping and forming, heat treatment, surface treatment, and assembly for delivery are all completed in our factories, giving us full control over the entire process from sample production to inspection, which allows us to guarantee our quality and gain the trust of customers.
