Responsibilities and Functions of Major Departments:

Department Main Business
Business Management Committee 1. Set the Company's business goals 2. Plan, manage, and implement business strategies. 3. Oversee the implementation and coordination of operations by each unit. 4. Manage and implement various projects.
Technology Management Committee Mainly develops the group's manufacturing technologies and effectively implements and manages technologies in the group.
Corporate Social Responsibility Committee Establish a corporate social responsibility system and implement related activities and education and training.
Business Group 1 Develops the business of hinge products and responsible for its planning and operation, as well as the achievement of the group's goals, including new product R&D, sales, process planning, and manufacturing.
Business Group 2
  • Plans and operates the LCD TV & Monitor Hinge business and aims to achieve the group's goals, including new product R&D, sales, process planning, and manufacturing.
  • Plans and operates the MIM business and aims to achieve the group's goals, including new product R&D, sales, process planning, and manufacturing.
Group-level Administration Division
  • Assists business groups in completing the planning of related systems and resource integration according to strategic goals of the group and each business group.

  • The group-level Accounting Division is responsible for reviewing the budget, handling accounts, and analyzing the cost-effectiveness of each business group.
  • The group-level Administration Division is responsible for establishing the management system, human resources, factory EHS and legal affairs of each business group.
  • The group-level IT Division is responsible for planning, integrating, and establishing the information systems of each business group.
  • The group-level Quality Assurance Division is responsible for establishing the quality policy, setting quality goals, and planning and implementing quality management for each business group.
  • The group-level Logistics Division is responsible for procuring materials and scheduling and integrating production for each business group.
