Hinges

Established an R&D department in 1990, designed a hinge for notebooks, and applied for the first international patent. SZS established a production line for hinges used in electronics, electrical appliances, computers, IT products, telecommunications products, cameras, and instruments. Became a well-known OEM and ODM services provider for multinational computer companies.

Metal injection molding (MIM)

MIM is a technology that combines powder metallurgy with injection molding, and pursues innovative technology to fully utilize every ounce of natural resources to create precise works of art.

Springs

SZS provides domestic and overseas customers with a variety of precision springs, and is a professional springs OEM/ODM service provider in Taiwan. Over 4,000 products that can be applied in computer products, communication products, consumer electronics, medical devices, and mechanical equipment.

Stampings

SZS acquired new precision multi-function stage and progressive stamping and forming equipment, which are used by professionally trained technicians along with high precision molds.

Lathe

Starting in 2001, SZS acquired over a hundred multi-function CNC lathes to enhance its competitiveness in the industry. The lathes are able to produce turned parts with a diameter of 3mm to 20mm.
