Patent Protection Measures
SZS inherits the intellectual property application experience of the domestic legal person patent application and the top 100 ranking before the issuance of the domestic legal person patent announcement (refer to the information compiled by the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs), and establishes a systematic patent intellectual property management system. The appraisal process takes into account the quantity and quality of employee patent applications.
Business Secret Management
A. employment contract:
(a) Employees have the obligation to keep the confidentiality of personal business and company business
(b) Employees shall not disclose any business secrets after taking office or resigning, otherwise the company has the right to be dismissed, and has the right to retroactively and compensate the company for losses.。
B. Implementation situation:
(a) SZS has actively promoted the intellectual property management plan since 2008. The main implementation situations in recent years are as follows：
(b) From 2008 to 2018, SZS won the top 100 rankings of domestic legal person patent applications and domestic legal person patent announcements
(c) In 2019, the systematic patent intellectual rights management system will be completed successively. Include intellectual property protection and trade secret protection in the required courses for seed personnel, and train more than 50 senior executives to strengthen the company's intellectual property management awareness。
