Quality control through the sample production and inspection process

SZS's Springs Department designs and produces a variety of precision springs for domestic and overseas customers, and is a professional springs OEM/ODM service provider in Taiwan. Over 4,000 products that can be applied in computer products, communication products, consumer electronics, medical devices, and mechanical equipment.

Spring materials include SUS301/304, SWC, SWPB, PBW, SWICF, hard drawn steel wires, etc.

SZS has purchased precision automated spring forming machines from Europe and Japan in coordination with technology upgrade and industrial growth. Combined with the integrated automated production system, monthly production capacity can reach 100,000,000 and above. SZS has heat treatment furnaces and electroplating equipment, and spring forming, heat treatment, surface treatment, and assembly for delivery are all completed in our factories, giving us full control over the entire process from sample production to inspection, which allows us to guarantee our quality and gain the trust of customers.
