As power consumption per rack exceeds 100 kW, liquid cooling manifolds have become a critical foundation for AI data centers. The SZS Rack Manifold complies with the OCP Liquid Cooling Specification, featuring 44 UQD04 Hand-Mate branches that support a Drip-Free quick-disconnect design for rapid on-site installation and maintenance. A single manifold can simultaneously support up to 44 server devices, meeting high-density Direct-to-Chip cooling demands within the rack.

CNC Straightening — Guaranteeing Interference-Free 2,200 mm Assembly

Long manifolds inevitably distort due to laser welding thermal stress. Our CNC straightening center automatically applies closed-loop calibration based on 3D laser scanning deviation profiles. With a minimal adjustment stroke of 0.3 mm, straightness is brought back to < 0.5 mm/m, strictly complying with EIA 19" Rack installation standards.

Result: Guarantees smooth installation without mechanical binding, releases internal residual stress concentrations, and logs comprehensive dimensional tracking into our factory MES.
